Project Snowstorm - Sprint 3 work for next two weeks

For those of you who don't want to plough through the extensive spreadsheet here - this is the anticipated work being carried out by the Snowstorm team at LL in the next two weeks. A lot of what is planned is the import of fixes already in Snowglobe or bug fixes. As always apologies for any mistakes or misinterpretations - my comments in italics:

Allowing the undocking and resizing of panels from the sidebar (this much anticipated change is moving from design into coding in this Sprint)
Fix ability to open a sidebar item by a button, menu or shortcut outside the sidebar
Ability to alter order of buttons in the bottom bar
Ability to double-click in world to teleport there (from Snowglobe)
llTextBox support in llDialog windows so you can add in more text (from Snowglobe)
Allow for access to SL from behind a company firewall (being provided by a resident)
Recify an issue in handling local chat (solution also provided by a resident)
Provision of daily/monthly logs of chat which should be useful for event hosts.
Fixing bug whereby selection beam not showing even when it is selected (patch already available)
Obtain latest version of Kakadu software so that speed of rezzing should be increased further (Emerald used their own version of this software - this is just an update for LL)
Automatic translation of local chat (possibly taking Snowglobe fix)
Ability to share snapshots with a group (from Snowglobe)
Ability to turn off scripted lights (useful for machinima makers - from Snowglobe)
Ability to turn off particles (from Snowglobe)
Linked items having wrong orientation with ruler (from Snowglobe)
Ability to easily access profile of people on mini-map (from Snowglobe)
Ability to pan the view on the mini-map (from Snowglobe)
Ability to teleport a group of friends at once (from Snowglobe)
Ability to see who can see your online status, track you on map and edit or delete your objects
Clean up the way voice closes down
Various minor bug fixes:
Ensure Adult Classifieds can be made
Shorten Classified titles and descriptions
Repair Hi-res snapshot
Various other crashes and other bug fixes
