Anyone try out this Real ID stuff in PTR? I'm curious how it works out.
I played with it. the two people I knew that messed with the ptr could never get logged in to accept it. This ptr build has had some funny issues.
this patch has me worried its about an hour past time the servers normally come up and everything is still down. or ive been hacked and they changed my pw and put a different authenticator on it.
This is why you don't schedule anything on patch day. Anyone remember the first day of Ulduar and bouncing off the instance gate like a rabid bunny while entire zones randomly went offline while trapping anyone in them in a semi fugue state? Good times.

Jorus what I remember from the ulduar patch was tons of broke mods. And refusing to log in because all of my mods that was broke were supposedly update for the patch.
Something funny...on the original logon screen it said the servers would be offline till 11am pst. A few minutes ago it changed to 1pm pst. Not like they normally do and amend the original announcement, just changed completely to reflect the new time LOL.
It really wast scheduled just me sitting here being absolutely bored. I would load of COD but the last couple times I did that it made me sick. I dunno wtf is up with that. I log in do a couple of rounds and Im running to the bathroom puking.
Bump your refresh rate up if possible, it's fairly common. Also try to disable/enable head bobbing to see if that helps.
I think it was just me being not well. Just did a hour beng and it wasnt too bad. I need a game controller for this pc. I think I could do better. although Im not a 12 yr old boy anymore. SO that has something to do with it :P.

If your lagging and getting dc'ed the short version is its a addon.
Disable all addons and log in if its still laggy then your boned.
In this patch blizz broke a function that several addons used mainly the avr one.
Some addons used some of the functions avr did therefore its creating some major issues for people.
So I recommend updating your addons.
If you use the curse client and would like to be able to use the update all function, but would rather not pay for premium service pm me. I have been doing this for months and months.
thanks fester. i pay for the curse thingy. its only five bucks a month. i was going to cancel but i have a job again so i can go back to paying for it but having no time to use it. sigh.
