When I first saw this commercial I thought "cool" and "you go girl" and stuff like that. But the more I've seen it the more I think maybe it's kinda sexist. There are some very strong women out there and there was a girl at college I worked out with sometime (mainly aerobic but sometimes anaerobic) that kept up with me pretty well. But on average women are not going to be able to do the same strength skills men do. You can tell its a different "medicine ball" she's using and you can't tell for sure but I think it's safe to assume the weight sack she's carrying is lighter.
So they are saying women can do the same things men do but fake what she's actually doing. You don't have to do that. Women have their own skill sets, no greater or less.
Or am I just thinking to hard?
