As for using it, it does take practice, read instructions and watch videos. You will get it up your nose a few times till you know just how to tilt it.

I was very resistant myself (like Luc) at first but I have to admit it helps.

Technically you CAN make it yourself, if you know what you're doing.

One litre of freshly boiled water (to sterilise it) to 9 grammes of sodium chloride will produce isotonic saline.

i called him a cancer to and i was right. there is a key difference between you and he, and the reason you arent a cancer, is he had charisma and actually interacted with more than 1 other human

he is up one on you, as i havent seen you apologize

and that is why he is my friend, because while he does bonehead things, he manned up and apologized directly to you by name despite what you said about him since he left
