Rather than open it up for sale to outsiders or abandoning it, does anyone want to buy it from us? I don't remember what we paid, but it wasnt much and we would sell it low if it went to someone in the family. Just let us know what you want to pay if you want it and I will set it for sale in your name.

There is a 1024 adjacent to Kavik's waterfront section but it's in Lonicerae. Not being in Clearwing proper, it's not of use as prim land for those who are already in and have tier available but it definitely would have the feel of being a part of Darkmere. It's for rent atm, but the owner said they might consider selling if I wanted to make an offer (which I didn't since it wasn't in Clearwing).
Anyway, I thought I'd mention it in case someone was interested. It's got Kavik on one side and LL waterway on the other, down near Tracer's Speakeasy.
If Kris wants to buy it, that's fine. We don't have any L$ right now anyway.
