L: coleslaw, cheddar cheese slices, tofurkey (I have never tried the tofurkey, just trying it on a lark, I hope it's good)

OMG beef stew sounds SO good.

B: 1/2 cup Rice and 2 eggs
S: Slice of apple pie - it just came out of the oven half an hour ago
L: Turkey sandwich and some potato chips
S: Carrot sticks
D: Beef stew with cornbread (yours sounded so good that I'm copying you!)

I can't skip breakfast. I get really grumpy if I can't eat within like an hour of waking up. I try to always eat some protein with breakfast, and not overload on the carbs. My problem is forgetting to take vitamins.
