OK so North Korea doesn't exactly offer much in the way of a good alternative solution to world problems (unless you love Dear Leader propaganda). That said ... ouch ... talk about nailing it ...
I just started watch this; but the video already has 2 out of 4 wrong: Tiger Woods did not make millions on his "image of an honest family man", he made millions winning golf tournaments and acquiring publicity contracts with golf equipment manufacturers. He never, ever had a "family man" image.
And it's true that Arnold Schwarzenegger will not be president; but not because he was a philanderer, but rather because he was not born an American citizen.

Still watching; but how is this supposed to be some kind of indictment of propaganda? It is more like an example of it. "Everybody knows the names of professional wrestlers but they can't find Britain on a map"? What tripe. "85 percent of American adults can't find Israel, Iraq, or Afghanistan on a map"? Give me a break. Yeah, there may be a lot of people who are that stupid, but I'd wager it's less than 50, let alone 85 percent.
Sadly, it's mainly true, with the exception of the two items that were pointed out by Dakota. However, it characterizes what we ourselves would characterize as the downside of freedom. Not the notion--unstated--that these are all circuses intended to distract the hoi polloi from the lack of jobs and the inadequate funding of schools, for examples, but the idea that the kind of personal phoniness that many celebrities exemplify can be magnified by position and publicity into a distracting circus, that we as humans get caught up in such stuff and encourage it by our interest. We are the creators as well as the consumers of some totally idiotic stuff which looks a lot like propaganda, but isn't.
However, such a hit piece, while accurate, ignores all the good in our media, in our celebrities, and in our system.

ETA even better, 11% can't find America on a map?
I'm willing to bet they aren't far off on the Israel Iraq or Afghanistan one.

I'll take millions of stupid Americans, who can't find the UK on a map, over being murdered for expressing thoughts, worked to death because you didn't cry hard enough when Il died, and starvation.
Now for the stupid Americans who happen to be driving 63 mph in the fast lane, and won't move over, please Jesus, I pray, can you ship them off to North Korea to be murdered, please? Amen.
