I see it everytime I stay at the Pickwick Hotel in San Francisco, I love it! I have no idea who the artist is, and sadly neither do the staff there. Help please!

I had to give my "British" love a hard time since for almost 18 months he has also been trying to find the artist of it for me, and you two found it within 15 mins!. (and he is an artist too)
