Default i may have to give up on inworldz

every single day, i try to log in to inworldz. every single day, it says i have the wrong login info.

I KNOW my user name and password. i have tried all the different inworldz log in choices from the drop down menu, but none lets me in. what am i doing wrong? should be straight forward. grrrrrrrrr

as a side note, i see SL as one of the options. haven't tried it yet, but what's that about?

Some viewers have settings for using multiple grids. I have used the Hippo viewer, and the Imprudence viewer in SL, IW, and my standalone OS regions. I set up all three.

Put a message over in the IW forums for Elenia about not being able to log in. Her or Legion are probably the best people to ask for help.

I just sent Ele a PM in our forums. I know she has been busy, but she will hopefully get this cleared up for you.

I do apologize that it has taken this long.

Amar and Damien, thanks to each of you for getting help to notice me. ok. i wonder if it is something "I" am doing wrong. I have been reading around, and maybe i should uninstall and reinstall the viewer. i'll try that tonight.

but what is most baffling is that i can log in to the forums, but not log in inworld, nor in to this page - where it has a log in at the top... http://inworldz.com/. granted, i used a different password for inworld than the forums... but still. maybe that's where i made my mistake? shouldn't my inworld password be the same as the website password.... but not the same as the forums password?

Yes the website page uses the same as password as inworld since it accesses your account for the friends online part.

It sounds like the password is the issue, and that we need to reset it. Ele will look at it this afternoon, and probably end up setting you up with a temporary password.

If I remember correctly it took a couple of days for you to activate your account, but you did activate it yourself, which leads me to think it is a password issue.
