Awwwwww, are you all sulking because none of you got anything?

Pep (Except Han of course, but that award won't get her credit card back, will it?)

PS Maybe it's because you lack the requisite verbal capabilities, preferring the Miss Piggy approach of hiding behind cliched and kitsch visual representations of your personal inanity.

Do I need a Blogger account in order to have a nifty pic next to my posts on FC?

Well, there you have it. The bitchy disgruntled bloggers aren't much different than the mods that they bitch about.

...and absolutely no one at all is surprised.

Are they "bitchy disgruntled bloggers" bitching about mods and moderation? They looked pretty frisky to me. I didn't see an axe.

Be glad if you didn't make the list.

They (TC/TT/TL) have nothing BUT axes to grind over there.

The BEST thing that could have happened to the place was Kick running through nekkid.

It gave some much needed class to the joint.

Yes, it's pretty pathetic when a drive-by streaker actually improves a blog.

p.s. Kick..hehe..I KNEW you'd be the first to respond to Lee's request for a streaker.

How could I resist?!?

I don't know enough of the comment section drahmaz to have a solid opinion of any butthurt that may or may not be present.
I just know that I "get it".
It's like one of those "rags" you see at the checkout counter.

At least, that's how it looks to me.

You actually go shopping in those dreadful moron fodder retail establishments rather than simply ordering a la carte online? How quaint!

Pep (has heard that supermarkets at night are the new speed-dating venues, so it may be that you have noticed checkout bargains in the course of that activity.)

We do our main shopping at Path Mark.
I don't think we have an online shopping service around here (anymore), so it's not really an option anyway.

I wouldn't know about the speed-dating part, as I'm engaged to be married in a little less than 2 months.
Late night shopping is good for avoiding the crowds.
Unfortunately, we have to go at a "decent" hour usually so we can hit up the deli and get our meat and cheese.

Untitled Bill & Ted 3

Quote:
Plot Summary: Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter have officially confirmed that a third "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" film is in the early planning stages.

Though no specific plot details are available, Winter did suggest that the film will take place in proportionate real time to the original, meaning that the as-of-yet-untitled story will be set roughly two decades after 1989's "Excellent Adventure" and it's 1991 sequel, "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey."

Reeves revealed that "When we last got together, part of it was that Bill and Ted were supposed to have written the song that saved the world, and it hasn't happened," he said. "So they've now become kind of possessed by trying to do that. Then there's an element of time and they have to go back."

They're not grinding axes. They are too busy sticking them in heads.

I don't think I need to go into detail with you as to why I have this negative opinion of their blog. You surely have read consistently. You probably even have notes

It's really nothing more than their own little personal hate (and encouragement of hate) blog.

Any pretense they hold to being a place where people may speak their mind freely (witness their repeated deletions of not only anonymice as well as named posters) is just that. Pretense. Especially considering that the blog owners THEMSELVES are anonymous.

Any pretense they hold to being similar to an Enquirer or Daily Mail is ALSO just that. Pretense.

As I said in a post there: I don't think I've ever seen either of the above encourage hateful comments regarding rape, cancer or suicide.

This blog RELISHES that kind of thing.

That's what I thought. My question was a genuine one. I did not see much evidence of the bloggers having some kind of anti-forum moderation agenda on their blog, save for wanting to be able to make more adult-content posts than can be made on the official SL forum. So the comments about disgruntled bloggers with mod issues and axes to grind confused me and made me curious.

Thanks for answering my question.

Not as much as you might think. I did not enjoy the Ima-Seicher Rae storyline, nor yours with Ima and Wilhiam et al, so I did not really read those posts, but rather scanned most and passed over others. I even took a break from the blog hoping all that would play out and new stories would get a chance. Just not my cup of tea.

One poster said it was a mystery as to why I was posting there (TC & TT have actually been quite hospitable to me), but I would think what I am posting is less of a mystery. I stick to the lighthearted stuff....most recently, for example, riffing on Flash Gordon lines with Pep. Now that is my cup of tea.
