Default I'd give my shirt for some shirts!

So does anyone think they know where I can get some basic but quality solid-color tee shirts that do NOT have the musculature of Zeus etched into them? I wanna use them as undershirts (I got enough outer shirts), but the buff muscles just look stupid on my little av. And almost EVERY shirt in the marketplace has them; and the ones that don't look like they were made with the default New Shirt sliders and colors.

I'm looking for many color choices, but definitely white and grey at least. Shading and wrinkles are fine as long as they're not Mr. Universe inspired. A (copyable) tint-able white shirt is fine too. Collar hems are really awesome by the way.

I hate have to ask like this but I've been looking and looking and looking...

Thanks but, mesh won't work; not for a little av like mine. It's gotta be a painted shirt.

No designs or anything like that; just solid colors.

Dakota, there used to be a good men's store where i bought Trout all his casuals. It was called ::MIA:: ("Men In Action"). Not sure if it's still around, but it was decent and very cheap.

Try Hornbeck. Or maybe it's Horenbeck (that sounds right). Ghosty has been there for his human av.

Or IM Maureen. She's a font of information for shopping. Like, should be a professional SL shopper.

(BTW, I dress Trout in RL, too. When we first met, he had crappy polyester dress shirts and Hawaiian casuals. That, needless to say, has changed. )

2 users laughed. The question is: Are they laughing with you, or at you?:

Damn.
This is totally my thing... or would be if I ever got around to it.
I have two shirts at my store currently (still), one is free and one is L$44 (it's the one I made as a prize for a winter contest... I think it was run by gV?)

(Yes, it's the box art for in-world, it's the best pic I had. :P)

Hmm... might be too muscular after all.
But you may have inspired me to make something closer to what you're talking about.
Heck, sounds like a good market to get into.

Of course, I'd have to finish setting up my store and stock it with more than 2 shirts.

ETA: And I should probably work on making better hems/edges.

I did exactly that last night! And wouldn't you know it, within a few minutes she found me some acceptable shirts. Thanks lots!

I will still have a look at these other places people have mentioned. Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

She is amazing, isn't she?

I'm a pretty good shopper myself but whenever I'm stumped she's my "go to" person
