I was gonna go with "A Thread on the History and Philosophy of Yoda" but I didn't think I could handle that many LolYoda pics in one night.

I've spent a ton of time thinking about yogurt.

A scam to sell sour milk
Ah shit the milk has gone bad.
Put some berries in it, no one will notice :)

It's out there now. Can't stop it. You have birthed the idea into consciousness.

I agree. Berries are a great addition.

I used to have access to a yoghurt maker- my mother's. She never used it so I started doing it and loved the thing. I made buckets of the stuff up until I moved away. Homemade is definitely better tasting.
I have always wanted to get another one, and it always seemed like a dumb unnecessary luxury in the scheme of things. I'd buy a quart of stonybrook vanilla and use it with my granola and fruit in the morning [a la Suisse], and the feeling would pass.
I think I really do want one now, though. Around here, with the heat, I could eat a lot of the stuff [and make frozen yoghurt too], and it would be totally worthwhile to get.

I was never particularly wild about yogurt - until lately. It must be satisfying some kind of nutritional need I have right now.

Yeah, I tend to trust my body with those kinds of cravings.
I don't eat enough yogurt to justify making it myself, not with limited space.
Luc likes yogurt and it's healthy so maybe I will get one and make it for him.

I eat a fair amount. I use greek yogurt in place of sour cream for lots of things and in smoothies and as a sauce element.

there's a dairy at my local farmer's market that sells the best very thick yogurt. even the non fat seems as though it was made from cream
