Help For PW Recovery

Hey guys- my son plays WoW and something weird happened tonight and his pw won't work- Followed the usual PW recovery thing and it started asking him things like where did he go to school but he doesnt think he ever filled out any of that. Can you guys think of anything else he can do to recover his pw?

I'd call Blizzard directly. Sounds like he might have gotten jacked. Does he have an authenticator? IF not, it's 6 dollars for a bunch of peace of mind.

Thanks- uhm -sorry totally clueless re Wow- Blizzard? Is this the folks that run the game? Is there a phone number some where? Does 'jacking' happen often in Wow? and where does one get Authenticator?
