Yea my husband is the computer bitch in our family. He builds and fixes all the PC's in our immediate family. He said what he hates most, is even you do the simplest of tasks for someone, from that point on your attached to that computer and they come to you every time it fucks up.

I'm just thankful to have a computer guy in my house because I go into withdrawal anytime the computer shits out.

Morgaine, thank you for your understanding. Apparently when I wrote "she has done", it was not read as a past tense as it should have been. Mother's raise their children from day one, give them the world, kiss their booboo's and love them without reservation. At times in some peoples lives there comes a point where that is reversed because of circumstances. It is quite obvious that his Mother is very proud of him, or she wouldn't sing his praises to the world. I don't even know if she raised him. I also know there are some pretty bad Mothers out there.

Actually my first post was meant in jest. My dry sense of humor obviously not showing. Many younger people assume that older ones know nothing. When someone implies that, I usually just smile, knowing their time will come. My second post was in defense of his Mother. I have always felt that all relationships are give and take. I do belive if he is tired of doing this, he should just say *no*, or get a business license and start charging and quote his price when someone asks for help in the future. That would certainly nip his problem in the bud instead of being upset with his Mother because she is trying to be helpful. Helping others is a gift in disquise to ourselves.
