Everybody knows that BBQ with charcoal tastes better than propane. So why does Hank Hill love propane so much? Being the purist that he is, you'd think he'd settle for nothing less than charcoal to cook his burgers.

And Hank Hill is all about the meat. As much meat as he can get. White meat, dark meat, red meat.

Maybe he buys a box of woodchips to add to the lava rock? It gives an authentic smokey taste.
