On my freebie sim I live in a hotel like build. I live on the top floor, I have crap I sell on the bottom. There are a few small rooms on the center floors. I have fiddled with the idea of renting them out and might in the future but honestly would like to get a few active players in the place.
Things to know..
*The sim is laggy as a mofo
*It's rated mature NOT adult.
*This is for residential purpose only. A place to lay a few prims and hang out. No selling or advertising of any kind.
*It's not fancy at all. It's a run down build theme and I noticed that a lot of prims aren't even even. It's a small room.
*I ask that you keep prims under 150 and confined to your room. If you need to build there's a sandbox in the sim center, just please clean up after.
*You don't mind me being anti social. I stand afk in my room a lot and usually I'm there because I'm doing other things in RL or handling im's. It's my little escape place.
*You will have no privacy. Newbs wander the whole sim and will at times wander in your room. If your territorial or need a sense of privacy you'll hate it. You will probably also have a neighbor across the hall.
*You are an active player. The room is free. I just want them filled in and used. I'd like to have filled with someone who needs it and actually uses it on a regular basis.
*you wont have access to media or anything like that. You will need to join a group to place items.
*If you have any complaints I won't care. It's free!!!
I know that's a lot of crap but hey it's totally free and I wanted to be as upfront as possible. Message me in world because I only have a few of these and once they are gone they are gone.
