So my commute to work is an hour to 2 hours (groan yes i know how much it sucks... BELIEVE me I know how much it sucks) and as a result I am burning mucho cds since my car stereo is old and doesn't directly support my mp3 player. I had one of those radio gizmos where you broadcast your mp3 player on a local frequency but those don't work so well.

I'm using WMP 11 to burn cds and recently its started cutting off the last 10-30 seconds or so of most songs. Not every song -- but enough so that its really annoying. I slowed down the burn time, left more room on the cd, took off indexing, and done everything i can think of except turn off volume leveling and its still happening. Seems to be a problem common -- I googled it and found many others having the same problem. What I can't find is a fix for it.

Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, do you know how I can fix it?

Never had that issue, no.

However you may want to try using winamp instead, see if that helps....

Vivianne I know money is tight, but prolly the best solution is to just swap the stereo out for a unit that will let you plug in a ipod or whatnot.

I think you can pick one up for bout a bill and get it installed for bout 40bucks.

Why would you even want to burn a cross dresser? How medieval can you be?
